Nottinghamshire County Council has set up a customer care service for Nottinghamshire residents, dedicated to all local customer enquiries.
the brief :
They needed to promote the new service to a wide range of demographics, with a highly targeted campaign across a diverse range of media.
the results :
Our pun, based on the experience many callers had of being “tied in knots” when they call customer service staff at large organisations is fun and successfully engaged the target audiences. The strapline “in Notts?” precisely targets the local community and ends confusions regarding who customers need to speak to solve their problems. Implemented across outdoor media, council vehicles and both council and local publications, the campaign has raised the service’s profile and increased usage.
